If you are here, you are probably looking to see if you can send me a copy of your book for me to review. I have put up an e-mail that people can contact me at, laurelbookgarden(at)gmail(dot)com. Lots of people have been contacting me, asking if I can review there book, so I have decided to set up a review policy. I'm sorry to say that I am unable to review all books.
First of all, I want to say that if you are interested in sending me a book, THANK YOU. I want to express my gratitude. I apologize and I do regret if I can't or don't end up reading your book. For the most part, I will read your book, but I do have rules to stick to.
Here are the books I won't except:
-Sci-Fi
-Indie/Self Published Books
Here are the books I will except:
-Young Adult titles
-Middle Grade Titles
-SOME Biographies/Autobiographies
-Most non-fiction/fiction titles
If your book does not fit into either of these groups, please shoot me an e-mail. Regarding e-books, I would be interested in reading your book, but there is a possibility I won't end up reading it because I don't like reading on the computer.
I would like to stress that, if you are a publisher with my address and you do send me a book, it is at my decision of whether or not I read it. I would love for you to send me a book, I love getting ARCs in the mail, but as I always have a huge stack of books on the go, it might not be my first priority. I don't have any obligation to read it. If I end up reading it, I will make sure to send you a link of my review on my blog. Thank you for taking the time to send a book to me anyways!
I appreciate everybody who is kind enough to send me a request, and though I'd love to make it work, I am sorry if I can't. I know I sound like a mean person from this, but as I lead quite a busy lifestyle at the moment, there is simply not enough time for reading as I'd like there to me. (Isn't there never enough time, though?) I really want to thank you for your consideration, I will do what I can to get your books on my "read" shelf.
