This week I am anticipating:
A Temptation of Angels
A Temptation of Angels by Michelle Zink
Published by Dial Books For Young Readers
Release Date: March 20th 2012
Summary: (From Goodreads)

When her parents are murdered before her eyes, sixteen year-old Helen Cartwright finds herself launched into an underground London where a mysterious organization called the Dictata controls the balance of good and evil. Helen learns that she is one of three remaining angelic descendants charged with protecting the world’s past, present, and future. Unbeknownst to her, she has been trained her whole life to accept this responsibility. Now, as she finds herself torn between the angelic brothers protecting her and the devastatingly handsome childhood friend who wants to destroy her, she must prepare to be brave, to be hunted, and above all to be strong because temptation will be hard to resist, even for an angel.

Michelle Zink masterfully weaves historical fantasy with paranormal romance to create a gripping tale of love and betrayal.

This book looks absolutely fantastic and breathtaking! I CANNOT wait to read this one! I read Prophecy of the Sisters and I LOVED it. (I have yet to read the 2nd or 3rd.) I absolutely adored the historical setting, and it does seem to be an added bonus in this one.

Very nice! This seems really interesting and I think the historical European setting will play off well with it's story.

So first the cover and then the title kind of turned me off to start. The girls face is too photohopped for me and I'm not digging the whole angel trend. But the synopsis actually sounds like this could be all kinds of awesome!
If it's really her story plus romance and not just about picking a boyfriend I will be all in to read this book. Thanks for sharing and introducing me to a book I might not have given a second look!
